MG of Maryland asks:

My husband & I are looking into buying a mattress from your company but the problem is I am not sure which mattress would be best for us. I have serious back problems & in a few weeks I am having surgery. Can you please help meto figure out what would be the best purchase for us.

MJ responds:

First, we would strongly advise that you visit a store location and spend some time laying on various mattresses. It is very difficult to recommend the best type of mattress for your injury without knowing more but we can offer a few pointers when shopping:

You have to consider not only your back injury but also your sleeping position when choosing a mattress. Choose a mattress that conforms to body allowing your spine to align in it's natural position. Talk to your doctor about the type of support your back will need after surgery and find a mattress that offers that support.

Frames

DW of Delaware ask:

If I ordered a new mattress with a frame can you take apart old bed frame (headboard from rails) and replace new frame in place and I would have remove old rails from premises myself?

MJ responds:

You will need to take apart and remove the old rails yourself. We can certainly set up the new frame for you.

Standard Frame vs. Upgraded Frame

AE of Pennsylvania asks:

What is the difference between a standard frame and an upgraded frame? Please let me know because I am very interested in buying one od your beds. Just to ley you know you have very good deals!

MJ repsonds:

Thank you! We do offer very low prices on quality name brand mattresses. To answer your question the major difference between the two frames is that the upgraded frame is manufactured with a heavier, sturdier steel to endure more weight.

Delivery Question

SH of Washington D.C. asks:

Does someone have to be home for the delivery or can you just have the drivers leave the merchandise on the porch?

MJ responds:

We do like for an adult to be home to sign for the delivery. In certain cases, we can leave the merchandise outside of the home with a signed letter from the customer stating that's it is okay to do so.
